NP Insider: Young Asian Americans Spend More on Skin Care

Asian American modelA blog specializing in the marketing and manufacturing of beauty products and healthy foods reports that Asian Americans are more likely to spend money on skin care.

Natural Products Insider cites a new study from Nielsen which found Asian Americans spend 70 percent more on skin products than the overall U.S. population.

This is especially true for those Asian Americans between 18 – 35.  This group wants high quality products, but aren’t necessarily swayed by private label brands.

Interestingly Asian American women are 9 percent more likely to buy skin care products for men.
