Multiracial people may be preferred in the dating world even over Whites, according to a new study by the University of Massachusetts Amherst and University of Texas Austin researchers.
Vox reports the study conducted for the Council on Contemporary Families looked at 6.7 million messages between heterosexual men and women on an online dating site.
“The most surprising finding from our study is that some White-minority multiracial daters are, in fact, preferred over White daters,” the researchers wrote in their study.
Asian-White women were viewed more favorably by both White and Asian men, even more favorably by women who were all Asian or all White.
Asian-White men and Hispanic-White men were preferred more favorably by Asian and Hispanic women over men who were all Asian and all White.
White women preferred Black-White men to Asian and Hispanic men.
So are daters embracing a more diverse multiracial society? Maybe not. You can read more about that in Vox.
RE: Multiracial people have advantage in dating world: It’s funny how all these relationship statistics almost entirely benefit whites (European Americans). Is it coincidence or are these just manipulated data?
Anyone can conduct a fictitious study and tell people it’s fact and true.
