Judith Hill, the woman best known as a back up singer for Michael Jackson, is stepping out of the shadows with the upcoming release next week of her debut album, Back in Time.
The soulful, funky and jazzy Hill performed her new single Cry, Cry, Cry on national television last night on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
Her album is being streamed on the New York Times Press Play in the week leading up to the October 23 release of her new album, Back in Time. Listen HERE.
Hill co-produced the album with the legendary Prince. The two cut the LP at his Paisley Park Studios in Minneapolis after she caught the icon’s attention by mentioning him in an interview as her dream collaborator.
