The first Asian American Pacific Islander super PAC, the AAPI Victory Fund, has released its first web ad.
The ad titled Rejecting Hate targets voters in Virginia, one of three states identified by the Clinton campaign as states Asian American Pacific Islander voters can provide the margin of victory.
“Donald Trump has consistently chosen to divide our country with hateful demagoguery that fuels anti-Muslim sentiments across the country,” said Dilawar Syed, AAPI Victory Fund co-founder and vice chair. “We must fight back against a candidate whose platform is steeped in bigotry and who believes that attacking a diverse and engaged American community will somehow give him the path to the White House. We won’t stand for it, and we won’t let it happen.”

The Clinton campaign is also targeting Asian American voters in Nevada and Pennsylvania.
The Asian Journal reported bilingual material in multiple Asian languages will be distributed in all three states where they believe AAPIs can provide the margin of victory.

“While Donald Trump continues to espouse hateful rhetoric and policy proposals that will damage our economy, Hillary is doing everything she can to ensure our community continues to thrive,” said Jason Tengco, Clinton’s Asian American and Pacific Islander outreach director. The choice couldn’t be clearer in this election.”
Meanwhile, Trump will reportedly meet with members of the Indian American Hindu community in New Jersey next month.
“Trump will be with us for nearly four hours,” said Shalabh Kumar of the Republican Hindu Coalition.
According to the American Bazaar, the location of the meeting on September 24 has not yet been released.
The event titlted Humanity united against terror will reportedly be held in an arena that can seat thousands of people.
