Family is everything to Vern Yip and his husband Craig Koch.
The couple and their children were featured in People after Yip was named by the magazine one of the world’s Most Beautiful People.
“It’s (Family) the first thing I think about when I get up in the morning. It’s the last thing I think about when I go to bed at night, and it’s just incredible to experience life with these other three human beings,” Yip said.
The couple’s success has afforded them and their children Vera, 6, and Lillian, 7, some of life’s luxuries.

World travel is one of them.
“The more far-flung, the better,” he says. “It’s great to see this little 6-year-old and this 7-year-old not be intimidated by different cultures and different food. They really take it in and get excited by it. Travel and eating are big things we like to do together.”
