Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Celebration Wraps Up 38th Year

On Sunday, Mott Street between Canal and Chatham Square in Manhattan, Chinatown was closed for the 38th annual Asian American Pacific American Heritage Celebration from the Coalition of Asian and Pacific Americans, also know as CAPA. There was food, cultural performances, and children’s activities to celebrate May, the Asian American and Pacific Islander month. How did you celebrate?
