An affidavit in the arrest of Tiger Woods for DUI indicates breath test results found .000 level of alcohol, reports WPTV.

The report supports Woods claim that no alcohol was involved in his arrest in Palm Beach County, Florida.

In a statement released late yesterday, the golf legend claimed his condition “was an unexpected reaction to prescribed medications. I didn’t realize the mix of medications had affected me so strongly,” he said.

Police found Woods asleep at the wheel. The probable cause affidavit said Woods changed his story of “where he was going and where he was coming from.” His speech was described as slurred and Woods appeared confused. Police have yet to issue the arrest report.

According to ESPN, Woods told police at the scene he was taking several prescriptions.

Police did say in the affidavit the star had trouble standing on one leg and touching his nose.

Woods has not won a major tournament since taking a leave from a game in 2009 after admitting to infidelity. He wife Elin Nordegren would eventually divorce him.

He underwent his fourth back surgery earlier this year and has not played since withdrawing from a tournament in February. At 41, many are questioning whether Woods can come back from this latest setback.
