The Hollywood Reporter reports Oh will star in the new BBC America series Killer Eve.
The show is described as a spy thriller based on a psychopathic assassin and a woman charged with hunting her down.
Oh will play Eve, a security service employee who longs to be a spy.

Oh tweeted her excitement about the new role.
According to Cinema Blend, the assassin is named Villanelle, a skilled murderer who finds joy in killing people and doesn’t lose sleep doing it. It’s a high stakes game of cat and mouse with both Villanelle and Eve becoming obsessed with each other. The role of Villanelle has yet to be filled.
