The issue of the lack of diversity and treatment of women in Silicon Valley is once again thrust into the headlines.

This time six Asian women who are described as start up founders are accusing venture capitalist Justin Caldbeck of sexual harassment, reports The Information. Caldbeck is co-founder of Binary Capital.

The women named in the story, according to Next Shark, are Niniane Wang (co-creator of Google Desktop and former CTO of Minted), Leiti Hsu, and Susan Ho (co-founders of Journy).

Three other women made similar allegations, but asked that their names not be used.

Wang accused Calbeck of trying to sleep with her. Ho told The Information she received text messages for a hook up. Hsu said she was groped by Caldbeck under a table at a hotel bar.

According to Fast Company, Binary is calling the accusations “false.” The firm said the story only cited examples of flirtation and dating.

“There is no evidence that Justin did anything illegal, and there is no evidence that any of his investing decisions were affected by his social interests,” said Binary Capital.

Caldbeck also released a statement.

“I strongly deny The Information’s attacks on my character. The fact is, I have always enjoyed respectful relationships with female founders, business partners, and investors.”
