A second man has been charged following an incident in which a Wisconsin woman’s home was vandalized and her car painted with swastikas.

The Sheboygan Press reports John Yang faces a single felony county of damage to a property in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. A conviction could result in 18 months in prison and a $10,000 fine.

Yang told police that Chee Moua Lee paid him $200 to $300 dollars to pour paint stripper on a woman’s vehicle.

Video shows an unidentified man pouring a quart of paint remover on the woman’s hood, causing almost $6600 in damage.

Lee has been charged in an alleged string of incidents against the woman, including a vehicle fire on June 21. Police also found four swastikas with the word “Trump” and “Go back to your own country” painted on a home near the car.
