Authorities have linked two men in the murder of a Filipino American nurse in Houston, reports ABS CBN.
According to the Houston Chronicle, detectives believe the men may have used dating apps to attract their victims.
18-year old Brandon Lyons has been charged with capital murder in the death of Glenser Soliman, 44.
Lyon’s cousin Jerrett Allen is also a suspect in this case and remains on the loose.
Soliman was reported missing February 18 and was found dead ten days later not far from his home.

The killers may have used the dating app Grindr to target Asian or gay men.
The two suspects have also been connected to the disappearance and apparent death of University of Houston student An Vinh Nguyen.
Nguyen has not been seen since March 31. Allen has been charged with using Nguyen’s debit and credit cards. Authorities say there may also be other robbery victims who got away alive.
The mother of Allen told KTRK she thinks both suspects are innocent.
“Like I said, it does not sound like my son,” said the mother. “The only thing that I can tell you is it does not sound nothing like my nephew and nothing like my son. Okay.”
