A hate crime charge has been files against a man who has a swastika tattooed on his right shoulder, reports the OC Weekly.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the victim is Filipino American and Turkish.
Tyson Theodore Mayfield, 41, is accused of screaming a racial slur at a man on Labor Day in a parking lot.
Prosecutors say Mayfield asked a man for a lighter and became upset when he did not have one. He then allegedly began to scream racial slurs and punched the victim several times.
He faces up to six years in prison because he has a prior conviction for mayhem in Orange County in 2008.
