How cool is this?
Kelly Marie Tran was anything but cool on the Red Carpet for the World Premier of Star Wars:The Last Jedi in Los Angeles.
You know what? The world is OK with that.
It’s great to see her wear her emotions on her sleeve in a genuinely joyous moment.
The first Asian American to have a featured role in the Star Wars saga couldn’t contain her excitement.

Kelly Marie Tran is how all of us would be if we were cast in a star wars film pic.twitter.com/9s0LTT4TQT

Kelly received support from Daisy Ridley, who was also relatively unknown when she was cast as Rey in Star Wars: The Force Awakens and who is returning for The Last Jedi.
I feel strange posting a private moment, like this. But this level of emotion, met with this level of support, is @StarWars encapsulated. pic.twitter.com/lYd1bCcr1V
