Indictment Unsealed in Federal Case against Asian Nazi

CATEGORIES

Heon "Hank" Jong Yoo

An indictment unsealed against the man known as the Asian Nazi reveals he is accused of lying to illegally obtain guns on at least five occasions, reports the Tyler Morning Telegraph.

Heon “Hank” Jong Yoo, 24, of Tyler, Texas is currently being held without bail in the Smith County Jail.

Prosecutors say Yoo lied that he was a citizen and that he held a license to carry a handgun when his permit had actually expired.

Authorities are asking the suspect to hand over his guns which include a 12-gauge shotgun, a Smith and Wesson M&P AR-15 assault rifle, a DPMS LR-308 semi-automatic assault rifle, a .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol, a .45 caliber semi-automatic pistol, four boxes of ammunition and magazines and two rifle cases with firearms accessories, according to the indictment.

The Southern Poverty Law Center says Yoo has given several interviews during which he said the Civil War was a way of “Jews coming into America.”

He accused Jews of ruining “our God-dam*ed country,”

“I personally don’t think we should be mixing with any people of color,” Yoo is quoted as saying. “I don’t consider myself a caucasoid, but I do consider myself white.”

“This is damned serious. I’m an American. I was raised in America,” Yoo said in the PillEater interview. “I called my own fu*king parents gooks and told them to get the fu*k out of my country.”

Yoo has been banned from You Tube, but according to the Southern Poverty Law Center, his videos can easily be found. He is known for displaying Nazi symbols in his videos and has been seen singing Dixie while wearing a confederate uniform.

He was born in South Korea.

  1. RE: Indictment Unsealed in Federal Case against Asian Nazi: Sad very disturbed man. Many people of color in this country are made to feel less than because they are not White. I suspect the South promotes this even more. But this is so much more than your ‘banana’ syndrome. Sad and dangerous.

  2. RE: Indictment Unsealed in Federal Case against Asian Nazi: There may be more to the surface story, maybe mental illness, deep rooted trauma or family issues…. I hope he gets the right help soon.
