CAAMFest 2018

Views from the Edge

Halfway through its two-week treasure trove of films, videos, presentations, galas and awards, CAAMFest today (May 18) shifts to Oakland for a night of fist-pumping hip-hop, identity rap and dancing.

Listen to the raps from some of today’s up-and-coming AAPI rappers Ruby Ibarra, Lyrics Born and G Yamazawa. (Details below)

Tonight the highlight will be the event’s music showcase, Directions in Sound.
