A group of Asian fisherman arrived to their favorite fishing spot at 3:30 in the morning, only to be told they had to move.
It happened in Benicia, California east of San Francisco.
According to SNB Rocho, he said he and his parents had arrived early in the morning from Daly City, about 45 miles away.
Rocho said when a burly White man arrived, trouble soon ensued.
“LOCAL” guy and telling us we had to move cause locals spots are reserved for them even if they come later in the morning,” Rocho wrote on YouTube.
“I don’t care if you got here at 2 o’clock or not, all our territory,” the man can be heard saying on video.
Rocho wasn’t going to take it, especially since he was fishing with his parents who he felt the man was directing his demands toward.
“So you’re going to have to make us move,” he said as he prepared to cast his fishing line.
“Oh, what you threatening me?” the man responded.
“No, are you threatening me?”
“I’m not the one to be quiet,” Rocho would later say.
The man approached Rocho in a threatening manner, but Rocho did not back down. Fortunately the incident did not get physical and the man is seen walking away into the parking lot.
Rocho wrote:
“smh then wanted to call the cops r u serious covid really got ppl tripping #1 fishing rule book have RESPECT period hope and 🙏 this never happens to anyone and if you see this behavior please don’t stand by please please please speak and stand up against this type Karen/Ken behavior spread peace, love, kindness and above all at have some respect 💯 be safe and stay healthy Godbless everyone & fish ooon ppl 🎣!!!!
