Police in Philadelphia say there’s no evidence at this time to pursue hate crime charges against a woman accused of attacking a pregnant mom and her daughter.
Jing Chen told WPVI-TV in an exclusive interview that the woman first sprayed water at her and her young daughter. When Chen questioned why, she said the woman replied “You (expletive), Chinese (expletive).”
The suspect has not been apprehended, but authorities suspect she is a panhandler who goes by the name of Delores Marte.
“That lady looked at my belly for two seconds, ‘So what?’ She punched me on my face!” said Chen.
According to Penn Live, a warrant has been issued for Marte’s arrest on the charge of simple assault.

“I’m so scared,” she said.
