Local media in Hong Kong reported the death this week of American and Chinese socialite Lili Luo, Meaww reported.
Luo hobnobbed with the rich and famous and such political heavyweights as Hilary Clinton.
The 34 year old is believed to have been suffering post partum depression and allegedly jumped to her death from her penthouse with her five-month-old baby daughter in her arms. However, authorities found no note and police are still investigating and have not determined a cause of death, according to the Daily Mail.
According to a 2016 article in Forbes, she founded the Seoul-based startup accelerator TriBeluga. The article described her as a “bubbling cauldron of enthusiasm.”
Born in Chengdu, China, she spent her early years in China, Hong Kong and Australia. She was a single mother.
