Police in Ft. Washington, MD opened in investigation this week into the murder of a convenience store clerk, reports NBC Washington.
John Woo Young Jang, 66, died during a robbery at the Food Zone.
Fox5 obtained a recording of a police officer’s urgent conversation with police dispatch about the incident.
Officer: “As one of them left the store he took the vehicle from a victim coming into the store. So we have a (inaudible) robbery and then separately we have a car jacking.”

“This is one of the best neighborhoods you could live in. “It’s upsetting and what not,”” said a nearby resident to Fox5.
