A Dallas woman suffered multiple injuries after a passenger aboard a Dallas train both punched and spit at her over a request to use her cell phone.

Naillien.Lopeezy said on Instagram Monday it all started when the man began asking everyone on board to use their phone.

Lopeezy said he slapped her across the arm to get her attention after she ignored his request.

“I told him he can’t use my phone and that he didn’t need to put his hands on me. He proceeded to spit on me and swung at me three or four times.”

One person stepped in to stop the man. Lopeezy says she screamed at the man asking how he would feel if that happened to his mom or sister.

“That’s when I started punching him back and tased his arm,” she said. The Good Samaritan pulled her off him.

She then ran off the train and began calling 911 as the man begged her not to call police. Lopeezy says at that point the man “punched her into a ticket machine” before escaping.

She said she lost a couple of front teeth and needed stitches on her lip.

“I will be losing my two front teeth because of the assault and will be needing a few procedures to get it repaired. I sprained my ankle in the fall.”

She says she will be out of work for a while after coming down with COVID twice last year.

She said she would appreciate any financial help. If you are interested, go to her Instagram page for information.
