Nikki Haley, the former U.N. Ambassador under President Trump and governor of South Carolina, visited Iowa Thursday and showed signs she’s seriously considering a presidential run in 2024.
Haley is the first Indian American ever to be part of a presidential cabinet. She attended a GOP fundraiser in West Des Moines touching on key conservative issues.
The Gazette reports she accused Democrats of popularizing socialism, giving a significant portion of the GOP base the red meat they love to eat.
“It doesn’t matter what Joe Biden says. The Democratic Party has become the socialist party,” Haley charged.
She blasted the Biden infrastructure proposal as a “liberal wish list” and called for the U.S. to boycott the upcoming Winter Olympics in Beijing in 2022.

“Joe Biden has been a gift to every country that hates America and wants to hurt us. He’s the polar opposite of Donald Trump,” she said, according to We Are Iowa.
She also touched on the topic of transgender and sports.
“We have to save our culture and the American experiment because the Democratic Party is trying to erase it,” Haley said.
Haley has previously said she will not run in 2024 if Donald Trump decides to run.
