Gold House has released its list of 100 Asian and Pacific Islanders who have most impacted American culture and society in the last year.
Gold House is a nonprofit collective of Asian and Pacific Islander creatives and leaders. Its goal is to establish social equity and improve multicultural representation.
Every year, Gold House releases a list of 100 Asian and Pacific Islanders who have impacted American culture and society. According to a press release this year’s list of honorees includes: Dwyane Johnson, Mindy Kaling, Taika Waititi, Simu Liu, Hailee Steinfeld, Gemma Chan, Michelle Yeoh, Riz Ahmed, Jason Momoa, Olivia Rodrigo, Jimmy O. Yang, Simone Ashley, the Never Have I Ever cast (including Maitreyi Ramakrishnan), the Squid Games cast (including HoYeon Jung), and many more.
The changemakers on this year’s list will be honored at the inaugural Gold Gala on May 21, 2022. The Gold Gala will be held in person, bringing together API leaders across several industries.
The A100 list also includes a list of “A1s” who have been trailblazers in the “New Gold Age.” Honorees are selected across industry
categories and identified as an A1.
