Awkwafina Is Nora From Queens is renewed for a third season

The show Awkwafina Is Nora from Queens will be back for a third season.

Comedy Central has renewed the series created and starring the Shang-Chi and Crazy Rich Asian actress, Deadline reports.

Awkwafina plays a fictionalized and exaggerated version of herself navigating adulthood in New York City, according to Collider. The character lives with her dad, played by BD Wong, grandma, played by Lori Tan Chinn, and her cousin Edmund, played by Bowen Yang, as she leans on them for help in living her life in Queens, New York.

The second season of the comedy performed well for the network and Paramount, their home platform.

Many renowned guests have also starred in the series, including Jaboukie Young-White, Michelle Buteau, Wai Ching Ho, Stephanie Hsu, Ming-Na Wen, and Simu Liu, Collider reports.
