SF police arrest 18yo, juveniles in attack on Asian elder

San Francisco police say an 18-year-old and three juveniles are suspects in the attack on a 70-year-old Asian woman. Three of the suspects were arrested.

The woman was attacked in her apartment complex near the 100 block of Francisco street on July 31, ABC 7 reports. She was beaten and kicked in the head.

“The victim was transported to a local hospital and thank goodness her injuries were not life-threatening,” said San Francisco Police Chief Bill Scott, according to NBC News Bay Area.

According to FOX 29, the four suspects are ages 18, 14, 13 and 11. Police have arrested the 18-year-old, 13-year-old and 11-year-old. The 14-year-old has not been located. The 11-year-old will not be charged because of his age.

Scott described the young ages of the suspects as “shocking,” ABC 7 reports.

  1. All 4 of the RACIST Hate Crime Attackers should be prosecuted as ADULTS with Gang Enhancements and Hate Crime Enhancements !

Let them rot in San Quentin State Prison with the Rest of the Lowlives for the Next 99+ YEARS !

  2. It must be about the action not the age. If 4 people willingly participated in the brutal attack, then all 4 must be charged. Did the victim ask not to charge the 11 year old? If not, then no charges send a very clear message that the attacker is more important than the elderly (Asian) victim.
