The Oklahoma City Thunder has recalled Jaylin Williams from their G League affiliate team the Oklahoma City Blue.
Williams was assigned to the team on Thursday but the assignment was short-lived. According to the OKC Thunder Wire, the NBA team announced they were recalling Williams on Saturday.
The 6’10” power forward was the 34th overall pick in the 2022 NBA draft. He has featured in one game for the Thunder so far against the Minnesota Timberwolves. He played 8 minutes that game and scored 4 points.
The Thunder play the Milwaukee Bucks in Milwaukee this Saturday, November 5. It is unclear if Williams will be available for the game as the Blue recently played in Las Vegas.
