Harvard Law School announced that actress Michelle Yeoh will be its 2023 Class Day speaker. The Class Day ceremony will be held on May 24.
According to a press release, the Everything Everywhere All at Once star’ father was a lawyer, which made the invitation meaningful.
“It is a tremendous honour to speak at Harvard Law School’s 2023 Class Day,” Yeoh said.
Harvard Law School praised Yeoh’s achievements in a press release, noting that she was named Time Magazine’s 2022 “Icon of the Year.” The Academy Award-winning actress is a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Development Programme, working to address poverty and environmental issues throughout the world.
“We are thrilled to welcome Michelle Yeoh to campus to celebrate our commencement and help us mark this important milestone.
