Ke Huy Quan, Sandra Oh and Iman Vellani will be honored at the second annual Gold House Gala, Variety reports.
The gala will take place in May at the Jerry Moss Plaza at the Music Center in Downtown Los Angeles. Oh will receive the SeeHer Award, while Quan will receive the Leading Man Award. Vellani will receive the first-ever New Gold Award.
The nation was capitated by Quan’s journey to winning an Oscar for his performance in Everything Everywhere All At Once.
“They say stories like this only happen in the movies. I cannot believe it’s happening to me. This… this is the American dream,” he said, during his acceptance speech.
Oh has won two Golden Globe Awards, one for her role in “Grey’s Anatomy” and the other for her role in “Killing Eve.” She recently revealed that she finished filming for her new role in the HBO Max series “The Sympathizer.”
Newcomer Vellani impressed fans with her performance as Ms. Marvel in the new Disney+ series “Ms. Marvel.”
