Sixteen-year-old Esther Wang was found alive after going missing on a hike in Golden Ears Park near Maple Ridge, Canada.

Royal Canadian Mounted Police announced on Friday that Wang had been found safely, CNN reports. She had been missing since Tuesday, June 27.

According to The Daily Mail, Wang was hiking the East Canyon Trail to Steve’s Lookout at Golden Ears Park with three peers as part of an organized outing. Around 2:45 p.m., 15 minutes into the hike, the group realized Wang was no longer with them.

Around 16 groups worked to find Wang, CNN reports. She was found around 9:30 p.m. on Thursday.

“We used as many resources as we could,” Ryan Smith, a spokesperson for Ridge Meadows Search and Rescue, said in a press release.

According to Global News CA, Wang did not appear to be seriously injured but was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
