Dwayne the Rock Johnson learned what it’s like to be a real-life superhero this past weekend.
When he heard that the bone cancer in his biggest fan, 12-year-old Luna Perrone had spread, he jumped into action.
He invited the Perrone family to lunch at the Hotel Bel Air in Los Angeles, but let them know he was too busy to attend, ABC7 reported.
The Rock hid in the kitchen and took out Luna’s order of chicken fingers and fries to her – much to her stunned delight.
Luna also enjoyed a day at Disneyland, courtesy of Johnson. She posted about the trip on Instagram.
Johnson described Luna as a “very special girl” and his “biggest fan. I’m so honored and grateful that she is my biggest fan. I’m her biggest fan too.”
