Ashley Park is making her mark on another popular television series. The star made an appearance in the opening episode of Only Murders in the Building Season 3.
The first two episodes of the third season premiered today, August 8 on Hulu. The series follows Charles (Steve Martin), Oliver (Martin Short) and Mabel (Selena Gomez), three neighbors who start a podcast about a murder in their apartment building.
The third season focuses on the death of a castmember (played by Paul Rudd) of Oliver’s play. Few details were known about Park’s character leading up to the premiere. The first episode revealed that Park plays Kimber, a TikTok influencer and castmember in Oliver’s play.
Park hasn’t done promotion for the show recently, due to the Screen Actor’s Guild strike. However in an old interview, she mentioned that the role plays on her theater background.
“I don’t think I’m allowed to say yet, but what I will say, if people know my roots of where I came from, they’ll be happy in terms of how I started in this business,” Park told Entertainment Tonight.
