Ashley Park is getting back to her Broadway roots on the third season of “Only Murders in the Building.”
The series follows Mabel (Selena Gomez), Charles (Steve Martin) and Oliver (Martin Short); three neighbors who start a podcast together after a murder in their building. The third season focuses on the murder of lead actor (Paul Rudd) in Oliver’s play.
Park places Kimber, an actress and social media star, who is one of the castmembers of Oliver’s play.
Prior to the premier of the third season, and before the SAG-AFTRA strike, Park spoke briefly about her role in the series.
“I don’t think I’m allowed to say yet, but what I will say, if people know my roots of where I came from, they’ll be happy in terms of how I started in this business,” Park told Entertainment Tonight.
Park tapped into her Broadway experienced in the third episode of the season, which was released Tuesday. She joined in on a song sung by Meryl Streep’s character.
