This is what goes through one Asian American mother’s mind when she hears her son singing songs about ruling the world. First, she’s worried he might be plotting a hostile takeover with his Legos. Then, she envisions him in a tiny suit, addressing a room of stuffed animals as his advisory board. Should she prepare him for world domination, or just remind him to clean his room?
