Cookbook made to order to send Chinatown love

Some of the best Chinatown restaurants in New York City are sharing their recipes in a new cookbook entitled Made Here Cookbook. 100 percent of the proceeds go to aiding Asian American businesses through the non-profit Send Chinatown Love. We decided to visit one of the restaurants featured in the cookbook, a Thai restaurant called Zabb PuTawn.

@asamnews 100% of the proceeds from the Made Here cookbook goes to aiding Asian American businesses! It includes recipes from Asian American restaurants across New York City—I’d love to know what you think! @Michelle Shen #asian #food ♬ original sound – AsAmNews | Asian American news
