Awkwafina is featured in the most recent season of “Black Mirror.”
The seventh season of the hit show dropped on April 10 on Netflix.
Awkwafina appears in episode three of season 7, called “Hotel Reverie.” The synopsis from IMDb reads as follows:
“A high-tech, unusually immersive remake of a vintage British film sends Hollywood A-list star Brandy Friday into another dimension, where she must stick to the script if she ever wants to make it home.”
Awkwafina recently revealed she feels the show depicts a new, scary reality.
“Black Mirror is one of those shows that really demonstrates the extremes of where stuff can go,” she exclusively told E!, “and I think anything new is kind of scary inherently.”
