It was Samoans vs. Samoans. That made it easier for the U.S. Supreme Court to turn down an appeal that would have granted automatic citizenship to residents of American Samoa.

A relative early this morning woke up at 1:15a.m. to discover a three-year old boy  missing, reports KOIN.

Ajay Sardis of Vancouver, Washington was reported missing at 3 a.m.and is believed not to be wearing any socks.
