Gary Spears10 Chinese American students whose voter registrations were nearly thrown out have sued a supervisor in Deerpark, NY for violation of civil rights and voter intimidation, reports Record Online.

Sacramento Bee: Study Finds Low Turnout by California’s Asian American and Latino Voters in 2014
