Census figure projections says the populations of communities of color in the United States will grow significantly over the next 50 years. This is the opposite of white Americans whose population is expected to peak in 2024, and then decline. Asian Americans, Pacific Islander, Native Hawaiians and Hispanic populations are expected to at least double in the next half century. Blacks will increase their population at a slower rate.
