Jason Keidel of CBS New York had some interesting thoughts about the obsession with Jeremy Lin. He thinks Knicks fans are enjoying seeing the 13-12 Houston Rockets struggle while the Knicks enjoy their 19-6 record.
He writes “Not only are New Yorkers giddy over their team’s feverish start, they take equal solace in the Rockets’ 13-12 record and are downright spastic over Jeremy Lin’s struggle (11.6 PPG, 6 APG, 3.9 RPG) to adjust to a new team and town.”
He wonders if Knicks fans know how to handle prosperity.
What do you think? Are Knicks fans gloating in their newfound success?
