The first Asian American rapper ever to be signed to a major record label will be giving a free talk this Sunday at the University of Pennsylvania, reports the Daily Pennsylvania.
MC Jin is being sponsored by the Hong Kong Student Association. Jin was born in Miami to immigrants of Hong Kong. After winning a series of competitions on the Black Entertainment Television, he was signed by Ruff Ryders Entertainment.
Jin is expected to speak about his musical career and his connection to Hong Kong.
