Jeremy Lin’s first playoff game Sunday turned out to be one of his poorest performances of the season.
The young Houston Rockets point guard scored just 4 points along with his four assists and three rebounds in a 120 – 91 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder.
“I had a bad game. That happens,” he said to the Ultimate Rockets. “It will get better.
“A couple of shots go down, and the whole thing is different,” he said. “A couple less turnovers, and it’s a solid game. I’m not too worried about it.”
Lin was clearly outplayed by his counterpart on the Thunder, Russell Westbrook, who scored 19 points to go with 8 rebounds and 10 assists.
Lin will have a chance to turn things around in Game two tomorrow.
