Tomorrow marks the 40th anniversary of Bruce Lee’s death.
The martial arts and Hollywood legend was found dead in his hotel room in Hong Kong on July 20, 1973 at the age of just 32. He complained of a headache and went to his room to take a nap.
A friend gave him a pain reliever. The coroner would later rule that Lee died from an adverse reaction to that medication. But conspiracy theorist speculate Lee was killed by the triad and an ancient curse on him and his family. Some also believe he died from a blow to the head several weeks earlier.
The Post Noon put together a nice tribute to Lee, including some photos of cool movie posters from such movies as Big Boss, Way of the Dragon, Chinese Connection, and Enter the Dragon. There’s even a nice graphic of Bruce Lee as Kato in the Green Hornet.
You can check it all out in the Post Noon.
Also if you think you might be in Hong Kong in the next five years, a new exhibition on Bruce Lee’s life is opening tomorrow and runs through 2018. You can read more on the exhibition here.

The yellow-and-black tracksuit which Lee wore in the film has come to be seen as something of a trademark for the actor, and is paid homage to in numerous other media. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Game_of_Death#The_ye…
