The Sikh Temple of Wisconsin was the scene of a horrendous shooting almost one year ago on August 5, 2012 that left six people dead.
Wade Michael Page shot and killed six people and wounded four others before killing himself.
The Temple is planning four days of activities and memorials beginning Friday to remember those killed that tragic day.
The remembrances which include a run and walk, prayer and meditation wrap up with a candlelight vigil on August 5th.
The six victims were Paramjit Kaur, Satwant Singh Kaleka, Prakash Singh, Sita Singh, Ranjit Singh, and Suveg Singh(pictured left to right). You can read more about them here.
The massacre is considered an act of domestic terrorism. Page was identified as a white supremacist with ties to neo-Nazi groups.
