A wealthy Vietnamese American and his former model ex-wife are in a Vietnam court battling over $13 million in property, reports Thanh Nien News.
51-year old Nguyen Quoc An says he only put the properties in his wife’s name because foreigners aren’t allowed to own property in Vietnam.
He’s demanding that 33-year old Pham Thi Ngoc Thuy give it all back.
Among the disputed items are houses, cars and land.
According to An, a judge ordered Thuy to return all the property after a divorce hearing in California, bu she has not complied.
