Dan Matthews was adopted when he was just eight months old from Korea by a European American family in the United States. The Korean American rapper with a growing following on You Tube finally found the courage to write the letter to his adoption agency he has been yearning to send.
The answer, according to PRI, the World, shocked him.
He not only got the name of his biological parents, but he also discovered he had a brother. Not just any brother, but a twin brother.
Matthews went to Korea to meet his family for the first time. He says he was too shocked to ask them any questions, but he said he wants to do a documentary about his journey. He’s launched a Kickstarter campaign to get it launched.
