Seattle police say a woman walked into a Chinatown restaurant and began spraying soy sauce and chocolate milk on a baby and a few other patrons, reports the Seattle Times.

Several customers were described as covered with food. The woman was arrested for harassment and assault on an officer after slapping a responding officer.
