The oldest Chinese restaurant in San Francisco is said to be for sale.
According to Zagat, the owner of Hang Ah Tea House wants to retire.
The 93-year old Chinatown institution is known for its Dim Sum, but in recent years has added tapioca drinks to its menu to keep up with the changing times.
The restaurant is listed on CraigsList for $40,000.
“Tucked away in one of Chinatown’s small alleys next to the Willie Woo Woo Wong Playground, formerly Chinese Playground, Hang Ah has a colorful decor reflecting the equally colorful fare,” reads the ad.”
Hang Ah is appropriately described as an historic restaurant.
