Undercover New York Police Officer Wojchiech Braszczok is under arrest in the beating of Alexian Lien, reports the NY Daily News.
Sources tell the Daily News new video uncovered shows the officer pounding on the SUVs back window and kicking the car as Lien and his family sat horrified inside.
The 10 year veteran is accused of lying about his involvement.
“Once the beating starts, you can see him hop on the bike and take off,” the source said. “So he’s not involved in the assault, but he lied. He wasn’t truthful.”
