Jeremy Lin was one of three players for the Houston Rockets who scored at least 20 points as the Rockets came from 19 down to defeat the Utah Jazz 104 to 93, reports ESPN.
The Rockets advanced to 3 – 0 in the new season as the team took over the game in the fourth quarter.
It was a three pointer by Lin in the fourth quarter that broke an 85 – 85 tie and put the Rockets up for good.
Chandler Parsons led all scorers with 24 points, James Harden had 23 and Lin added 20 on 7 of 13 shooting including 2 of 5 from behind the 3 point line.
Lin who started the season on the bench is now starting as Patrick Beverley is out up to 14 days with a rib injury, according to Sports Illustrated.
