Darren Criss and Lea Salonga surprised patrons at a popular gay piano bar in New York
Not only did the two Filipino American stars get into the spirit of the bar, but they also broke out in an impromptu mini-concert, reports the International Business Times.
Criss, who stars in the hit TV show Glee, sat at the piano and started hammering out A Whole New Word from the movie Aladdin, which just happens to be the song Salonga popularized as the singing voice of Jasmine.
As luck would have it for the bar patrons, Salonga didn’t waste anytime joining in. After a little prodding by Criss and the others at the bar, Salonga sang a solo of On My Own.
