WPLG reports a 19-year old arrested in the shooting death of 10-year old Aaron Vu during a nail salon robbery in Miami has been arrested 8 times since 2007 and his father is serving a life sentence for first degree murder.
Anthawn Ragan Jr.made his first court appearance Wednesday morning since his arrest on Tuesday.
Police are asking for help in tracking down a second suspect in the case.
